The Lord bless you and keep you;  the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;  the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace- Numbers 6:24-26, ESV.

My prayer: Oh, how I long, dear heavenly Father, for your blessing and protection this day! How I long for your face to shine upon me, to shine upon everyone in my circle of influence, and to shine upon all those in sorrow in this time of great need! As leaders and people in authority grow further away from your commandments and your will, I realize we need your grace now more than ever! Shine on us, that we might see our desperate need of you! Oh, Father, where would I be without your kindness and your mercy? There is no other who can bless without your blessing! Where would we go without your blessing and your peace? Oh, Father, only in your will we find true peace! In the name of Jesus I humbly pray, Amen. ©Rhodi Alers de López, 2022

Cualquiera que sea la senda que Dios ha escogido para nosotros, cualquiera que sea el camino que ordena para nuestros pies, ése es el único camino de seguridad. Diariamente debemos manifestar el espíritu de sumisión infantil, y orar para que nuestros ojos sean ungidos con el colirio celestial, a fin de que podamos discernir las indicaciones de la voluntad divina, para que no se confundan nuestras ideas a causa de la omnipotencia de nuestra propia voluntad. Con los ojos de la fe, con una sumisión infantil como hijos obedientes, debemos mirar a Dios, seguir su dirección, y así desaparecerán las dificultades. La promesa es: “Te haré entender, y te enseñaré el camino en que debes andar; sobre ti fijaré mis ojos”. Salmos 32:8.
