<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>9 Tazas Col Rizada (Kale) previamente meticulosamente lavada y cortada con cuchillo en finísimas tiritas</li><li>2 Tazas Quinoa, <strong>previamente cocida</strong> y sazonada a gusto. </li><li>1 Taza cilantro, finamente picado</li><li>1 Taza aceitunas rellenas con ajo y jalapeño, finamente picado </li><li>1/2 Taza aceitunas rellenas con pimiento rojo, finamente picadas</li><li>4 tazas garbanzos, cocidos, sazonados y escurridos (es igual a 1/2 libra de garbanzo seco). Yo los ablando en agua con ajo, sal a gusto y una cucharadita de aceite de maíz. No deben quedar recocidos, sino al dente.</li><li>2 Tazas de maíz congelado, previamente cocido con sal a gusto, y escurrido.</li><li>2 Tazas de tomates pequeños (cherry), cortados por mitad a lo largo</li><li>1 taza de cebolla roja, finamente picada.</li><li>1 1/2 Taza pepino, sin semillas, finamente picado</li><li>1 Taza Aceitunas griegas Kalamata, escurridas, enteras</li></ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>PROCEDIMIENTO</em></strong><em>:</em> </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mezcle todo en una fuente grande,  de cristal. Revuelva poco a poco. Deje reposar unas horas o durante la noche, para que los sabores se unan. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Puede servir con tajadas de aguacate.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>RINDE: Aproximadamente 23-24 porciones de 1 Taza</em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ADEREZO es opcional. Sirva mezcla de aceite de oliva, limón y una pizca de sal al lado, para usarse individualmente según se desee.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em><strong>NOTA:</strong></em> Refrigerada, ensalada se conserva bien por aproximadamente 3-4 días.</p>
