<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>1 taza de caqui, sin pelar, ya cortada en pedazos | 1 cup fresh, unpeeled persimmon chunks</li><li>1 taza manzana fresca, sin pelar, cortada en pedazos | 1 cup fresh, unpeeled apple chunks</li><li>1/2 taza uvas rojas sin semillas, cortadas por mitad | 1/2 cup halved red grapes</li><li>1/2 taza arándanos | 1/2 cup blueberries</li><li>1 Cucharada de semillas de girasol | 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds</li><li>1/4 taza cranberras disecadas | 1/4 cup dried cranberries</li></ul>
