<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>4 tazas de calabaza pelada, cortada en cuadritos. </strong>(Es importante comprar la calabaza apropiada, ya que la textura y sabor de otro tipo de calabaza producirá resultados diferentes. La calabaza utilizada en ésta receta es de forma más ancha abajo y más delgada en su cuello. Su cáscara es anaranjado pálido y su comida es anaranjada.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>En una funda plástica con cierre, mezclar:  </strong><br>1.5 <strong>Cucharadas</strong> Aceite de oliva<br>2 cucharaditas<strong> </strong>canela en polvo<br>1 cucharadita<strong> </strong>de sal<br>2 <strong>Cucharadas</strong> de jarabe de arce <br>Añada la calabaza picada y asegúrese de que todo se cubra por parejo.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hornear por 25 minutos, a 400°F, tapado, en recipiente de cristal, al que le colocó papel de pergamino para hornear,  Voltear calabaza una vez. Volver a tapar y hornear por 20 minutos más.<br>Retire del horno. Mantenga vasija tapada. Deje enfriar por completo.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Coloque en licuadora:</strong><br>1/2 taza de crema de coco Goya<br>3/4 taza leche de almendra, sin endulzar<br>1/2 <strong>Cucharada</strong> de semillas de chía <br>Añadir calabaza. Batir, hasta que quede como puré.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Vierta en envase de cristal.</strong> Congele por aproximadamente 2 horas, hasta que, al mezclar en recipiente, quede con la textura de helado: suave, pero semi-firme. Rinde aproximadamente 4 servicios. Adornar con lascas de almendras, trituradas. Disfrute y saboree. </p>
