<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1 large carrot, washed, peeled and grated.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1 raw beet, washed, peeled and grated.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1/2 cup red cabbage, grated or thinly cut.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Procedure: Mix all the vegetables. Add dressing. Enjoy.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Dressing:</strong><br>1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil<br>1 pinh of salt<br>1 pinch of “Raw” sugar<br>Juice of 1  yellow lemon amarillo (aprox 1.5 TBSP)</p>
