<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>INGREDIENTES </strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>1 zucchini, cortado por mitad, a lo largo, y luego en medias lunas,(aproximadamente 2 tazas) </li>



<li>3-4 dientes de ajo, finamente picado</li>



<li> 1 cda aceite Oliva Verde </li>



<li>1/8 cdta sal </li>



<li>1/4 taza maíz en grano, congelado</li>



<li> 1 pimiento rojo, dulce, pequeño  </li>



<li>1 pimiento color naranja, dulce, pequeño  </li>



<li>1 cebolla blanca, pequeña, en rodajas finas </li>



<li>1 taza salsa roja para spaghetti </li>



<li>2 cdas agua  </li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cocinar a fuego lento, en sartén con tapa, junto con aceite de oliva, por 1 minuto, revolviendo.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Añadir zucchini, cocinar un par de minutos, revolviendo a fuego lento.  Añadir todos los demás ingredientes, revolver, tapar y cocinar solo 2 – 3 minutos más, a fuego lento. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Queda rico para acompañar un arroz blanco, y también puede servirse como plato principal, acompañado con ensalada de lechugas, y  tortillas crujientes de maíz, etc. </p>
