<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Salsa</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Colocar lo siguiente en bandeja de hornear, rociar 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva, sal a gusto y asar a 400 grados por 10-15 minutos, o más de acuerdo al horno:</strong></li>
</ol>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>1 cebolla morada, en lascas</li>



<li>1 cebolla blanca, en lascas</li>



<li>1 jalapeño, en trozos grandes, sin semillas, </li>



<li>8 ajos</li>



<li>1 taza zetas, en trozos grandes</li>



<li>1/2 pimiento verde, en trozos grandes</li>



<li>1 taza tomates  (<a href="https://www.sunsetgrown.com/our-produce/tomatoes/flavor-bombs/">flavor bombs</a>), cortados por mitad </li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cuando estén listos, debes licuar todo y vaciar en olla con salsa. Hervir, tapado a fuego lento por 20 minutos, revolviendo a menudo.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2. <strong>En olla honda con tapa colocar:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>1 cdta aceite oliva</li>



<li>2 ajos prensados</li>



<li>1 cdta orégano seco</li>



<li>sal a gusto</li>



<li>1 taza <a href="https://www.ragu.com/our-sauces/chunky-sauces/tomato-garlic-onion-sauce/">salsa Ragu con pedazos de vegetales</a></li>



<li>1/2 taza <strong><a href="https://www.tostitos.com/products/tostitos-chunky-salsa">Salsa Tostitos (pique mediano)</a></strong></li>



<li>1 cdta hojas de cilantro seco</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mezclar bien, poner a fuego lento a cocer mientras se asan los vegetales para la salsa.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em><strong>Salsa rinde para una lasagna de 13″ x 9″ o dos pequeñas de 8″ x 8″.</strong></em></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredientes del relleno</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>2 tazas Calabaza butternut con cáscara, picada en cuadritos pequeños, cocida en poca agua, con sal a gusto, sin dejar que se desbaraten. </li>



<li>1 calabacín verde (zucchini) cortado en cuadritos</li>



<li>1 calabacín amarillo, cortado en cuadritos</li>



<li>1 taza de zanahoria rallada</li>



<li>6 ajos, prensados</li>



<li>1/2 taza pimiento rojo dulce picado en cuadritos</li>



<li>1 cucharada Braggs Amino</li>



<li>1-2 cdtas salsa soya La Choy, baja en sodio</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Colocar en sartén grande 1 cdta. aceite oliva, ajos prensados y calentar a fuego bajo, revolviendo. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Añadir el resto de los ingredientes, saltear por 1-2 minutos, a fuego bajo. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Añadir calabaza cocida. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A esto, añadir 1/2 taza de la salsa. Mezclar bien. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Relleno rinde para una lasagna de 13″ x 9″ o dos pequeñas de 8″ x 8″.</em></strong></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Además necesitas:</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">8 oz  alternativa de queso rallado <strong><a href="https://www.violife.com/en-us/products/dairy-free-cheese-shreds/mexican-style-shreds">Vio Life Mexican style shreds </a></strong> o el de tu preferencia</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.barilla.com/en-us/products/pasta/gluten-free/gluten-free-oven-ready-lasagne">6 fideos de lasagna sin gluten </a></strong>(Para lasagna de 8″ x 8″).</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cocinarlos por 4-5 minutos en agua con sal y ajo a gusto, tener cuidado de que no se peguen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Poner salsa en fondo de bandeja para hornear.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Colocar 2 fideos, colocar relleno, colocar capa de queso.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Repetir.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Terminar con dos fideos, salsa y queso. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hornear a 350 grados por aprox. 12-15 minutos, hasta que esté burbujeante.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Esperar 20 minutos antes de cortarla. Disfrute con su ensalada fresca favorita. </strong></p>
