Psalm 34:18

I thank you, heavenly Father for tenderly watching over each human being; I praise you for your compassion and sure help to those who are in distress, those who are in desperate situations and inconsolable. When there is no hope you lift them up and you save them.  Help us to trust you in whatever situation we find ourselves in, because you are faithful and only you have the answer. Jardín de promesas | Diario de cartas |DIY| Letter Journal Diary

Escondida entre los diversos colores están las promesas divinas. Ésta es una idea que disfruté mucho trabajar hasta que descifré el mejor método para crearlo. Es parte del proyecto del Diario de Cartas. Para hacer este proyecto, necesitarás:

  • Tapetes de papel (utilicé tapetes de 6″)
  • Papel añejado o papel de color sólido, contrastante
  • retazos de papel
  • Promesas impresas en vellum, en papel de oficina, etc.
  • Pegamento
  • tijeras
  • Opcional: Tinta (distress ink)
  • mariposas, pegantinas, etc

Para empezar:

  • Reúne tus materiales.
  • Pega un tapete al papel teñido o de color contrastante.
  • Recorta cuidadosamente la forma.
  • Pega la promesa en el centro.
  • Pega los diversos retazos de papel (coordinando los colores).
  • Añade tu mariposa, pegantina o detalle especial.

Dear Heavenly Father, what a blessing to learn of your constant care for even the tiny birds! What a blessing it is that you reveal to us that you have your care upon each of us and our families, even our hairs are numbered! What a detailed and tender care! My soul rejoices, I have nothing to fear. You are in control because you value me and each human being much more than many birds! I praise your name and give you thanks. Dear heavenly Father, I am so thankful that you are a loving father that gives only beneficial gifts to your children. Forgive us our lack of interest on your best gift of all. Grant me, oh Lord, a spirit of grace and a spirit of prayer. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and make me a useful instrument that you can use, so that I can share your love and the message of salvation to those around me, for the glory and honor of your name. Let us pray: We praise you, dear heavenly Father, for your mercy and unfailing love. Thank you for keeping your eyes upon us; for you are always watching over us and looking out for us. We thank you because you pay attention to everything that happens to those who’ve chosen to put our life in your hands, those who fear you and keep your commandments. Thank you for we can live safely and have confidence in your promises. Help us not to dismay while waiting in your promises. We thank you for your individual and personal care for us. We will soon see your answer, for because of your grace, we never wait in vain. We ask that your will be done in every area of our lives and in everything that affects us. The Lord bless you and keep you;  the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;  the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace- Numbers 6:24-26, ESV.

My prayer: Oh, how I long, dear heavenly Father, for your blessing and protection this day! How I long for your face to shine upon me, to shine upon everyone in my circle of influence, and to shine upon all those in sorrow in this time of great need! As leaders and people in authority grow further away from your commandments and your will, I realize we need your grace now more than ever! Shine on us, that we might see our desperate need of you! Oh, Father, where would I be without your kindness and your mercy? There is no other who can bless without your blessing! Where would we go without your blessing and your peace? My prayer

Thank you, dear heavenly Father, for loving me so, that you chose me, unworthy as I am. Today, I praise you for such a privilege. I am humbled and thank you, Lord, for having a specific purpose for me: Help me to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and that my fruit will last, so that my prayers get answered, because of Jesus, and for the glory of your name. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
